Short of long weekends, 2019 needs more planning

To create three or four-day weekends, employees will have to take more days off in 2019. As per some calculations, employees may have to take as many as 13 leaves during 2019. August and April 2019 will have the highest number of holidays, but employees still will have to take a few days off to create long weekends.
