Hearing a contempt petition filed by the CBI, the Supreme Court on Tuesday asked Kolkata police commissioner Rajeev Kumar to make himself available before the agency and "faithfully" cooperate into the probe of the cases arising out of the Saradha chit fund scam. The SC said that commissioner Kumar must appear before the CBI but the central agency can't arrest him.
