Naveen Patnaik won a record 5th term as Odisha CM in the recently held assembly polls, at a time when regional parties are not faring well. Patnaik spoke to TOI and said that BJD won again because of its development programmes for the poor. When asked about Rahul Gandhi’s leadership, the Odisha CM said, "I think he tried very hard. But you can see the results."
