What propelled Andhra’s Jaganaut?

Ignoring YS Jaganmohan Reddy’s growing popularity costed TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu as much as reneging upon his promises in both the Lok Sabha and assembly polls in Andhra Pradesh. Experts said anti-incumbency sentiments against the TDP government, division of Kapu votes and Jagan’s success in maintaining better caste equations worked in the YSRC’s favour.
